I passed by S&R on my way home from work for my weekly grocery shopping and as I was about to head to the cashier, I can't help but be amazed on how 'healthy' the contents of my cart was - I got mushrooms, zucchini, arugula and mixed greens, chicken breast fillets (to think that I used to hate the breast part!), and for snacks - baby carrots, apple slices and dried mixed berries. Not a single 'junk food'! Not that I purposely avoided them...I passed by the chips, cookies and chocolate aisles but nothing interested me. Hmm, is this the effect of getting older?! Hahaha. I'm still aiming to lose a few more pounds so I guess healthy living it is! :)
